A bookshelf workshop

It is one thing that I like to make furniture and one thing how it looks like after I’ve done it. I am not a master carpenter. I have the plan and the picture of the furniture in my head, but at the end I can only say: what? What? Okay, it just doesn’t look like as it should be. I don’t want to make complicated things, just simple wooden things. I am too old for a carpenter education or so. I was looking and looking and found a co-making place with some workshops (Der Werksalon).

I decided to take their bookshelf workshop. I was excited to learn how one can make a bookshelf without screws.

Werksalon is a very lovely and nice place. The owners are super and the workshop was perfect. I was able to use real carpenter tools, juheee! I liked it a lot and made the “Ruby”! I’ll paint it white, because sooner or later I end up painting everything…
