Flat cake bread in pan
Ingredients for 4:
- 50 dkg flour
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dl olive oil
- 3 dl water
- 2.5 dkg yeast
It is a very simple bread. When I need something to eat very quickly, this bread is a good choice.
Mix the ingredients, the dough needs to be like a pizza dough. Then cover it and let it rise for 1/2 hour (I don’t do that mostly). Divide the dough into 6-8 balls depending on the size of the pan. Round the balls and let them rise for 10 minutes. Heat the pan (I always use some oil). Roll and stretch the dough to your desired size. Place the ball in the pan, bake them for 1-2 minutes. If You see some bubbles in the dough, You can turn it over and add the toppings: cheese, ham, fried egg (my favourite), tomato, sour cream, olive, everything You want and let it bake for another 3-4 minutes.
